DIRECT DEMOCRACY
In recent years, several changes are being staked
and representative democracy tends toward new forms of democracy: participatory
democracy with new social values , new emergence of identities,
multiculturalism , globalization , Internet ...
From this perspective, the term “Participation” is
understood as taking part in the collective management of the public.
Participate involves being part of a group which has been defined, at least
basically, a common project.
